This notice describes how the Paisaplus website at paisaplus.co.in handles information through its current features. Account data is processed only when those features and the account service are available. Help and Contact provides the current status of operator and privacy contact channels.
1. Information collected and why
- Account information: name, email, worker/employer role and a salted password hash support registration, login and account access. Plain-text passwords are not stored in account records.
- Profile information: the city, biography and skills you choose to submit support your account profile. Do not enter identity documents, home addresses, passwords or financial details in these fields.
- Work activity: employer job descriptions, locations, pay amounts, job status, application records and timestamps support posting and applying. Job content is visible to people browsing account jobs; applications are accessible to the applicant and the employer who owns the job.
- Sessions and operational information: hashed session identifiers, expiry times, request IP addresses used for rate limiting and hosting logs support access control, security and troubleshooting.
- Payment information, if enabled: order and payment references, amount, currency and status support payment verification. Razorpay handles checkout payment credentials. Do not put card or bank information into other website fields.
- Optional usage information: with your analytics choice, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity receive website interaction and device/browser information to help understand and improve the website.
2. Browser storage and cookies
Essential storage includes a sign-in cookie, your language preference and your cookie choice. The sign-in session expires after 24 hours; signing out revokes that session. The browser demo separately uses local storage for sample profiles, jobs, saved items, shortlists and applications. Reset browser demo on the worker dashboard or clear site storage to remove that demo data. This does not erase account records held by the account service.
3. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
These optional integrations load after you choose Allow analytics. Google Analytics measures site usage and may set analytics cookies. Microsoft Clarity captures interactions such as clicks, scrolling, device information and session replay; it may set cookies. Account-area content is marked for Clarity masking. Masking reduces exposure but does not make all usage data anonymous.
Read Google's Privacy Policy and Microsoft's Privacy Statement for their processing practices. We do not intentionally send passwords or payment credentials as analytics events.
4. Your cookie choice
Choose Essential only to use the site without these optional integrations. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer or below. Withdrawal reloads the page to stop further analytics loading and attempts to remove accessible first-party analytics cookies. It does not erase information already received by a provider or cookies on a provider's domain. Your choice applies to this browser; clearing storage or using another browser requires a new choice.
5. Who receives information
Providers used for the configured features include Vercel for website hosting, MongoDB Atlas for account database storage, Google and Microsoft for optional analytics, and Razorpay for checkout when enabled. They process information under their own service arrangements and may process it outside India. Employers can access applications to their own jobs; public job content is visible to other users. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law or to address security incidents. No advertising audience integration is currently implemented.
6. Retention and security
Sessions expire after 24 hours. Browser-local demo data remains until reset or removed. Account, job, application and payment records currently remain in the account database until removed by the operator; no automated account-retention or deletion schedule is implemented. Provider logs and analytics data follow the relevant provider settings; we do not promise a specific retention period for those systems. Password hashing, session access checks and role/ownership controls protect account access. No system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Access, correction, deletion and concerns
When account services are available, you can view your identity, edit profile information and sign out. A full data export, self-service account deletion, privacy request inbox and automated grievance workflow are not currently provided. Check Help and Contact for a published privacy channel before sending a request. Stopping use or clearing browser storage does not delete account data. These limitations do not remove rights available under applicable law.
8. Children and sensitive information
Account registration is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Do not submit children's information or identity documents through profiles or job fields. The website does not currently offer identity-document uploads, phone verification or an age-verification service.
9. Changes to this notice
We will revise this notice as features and processing practices change and update the date above. Optional analytics choices remain separate from accepting the account terms.
